CONDITIONS OF HIRE
HIRE TERMS. All hire terms are quoted in £ Sterling per week for the apartment, equipped as described, unless otherwise stated.
DEPOSIT. A deposit of £20 is required which will only be refunded should we not be able to confirm the booking.
BALANCE. The balance of your holiday cost must be paid not later than eight weeks before the holiday start date. We do not send out final reminders. Non payment of your balance monies, when they become due, will constitute cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit payment. If you book your holiday less than eight weeks from its start date, the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the confirmation. You must pay for such a booking by cheque only.
NON-ARRIVAL. If you do not arrive by midday on the day following your hire start date, and have not advised us, then we reserve the right to re-let the apartment. No refund will be payable.
HIRERS RESPONSIBILITIES. Guests will be responsible for making good any loss, damage or breakage’s to the property, furnishings etc., that may be incurred during the hire period, and for payment and laundering of any articles that become soiled or stained.
HIRER AND HIRERS PROPERTY. All visitors to Grasmoor View come at their own risk and must abide by the conditions stipulated for the use of all facilities. We accept no responsibility for Hirers personal property and vehicles.
PRICES. The prices (including any supplements) displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and are believed to be correct and include Value Added Tax at the current rate of 17.5%.
GOVERNING LAW. These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law. By accessing the Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the English Courts.
The person named in the booking form ("the client") is 18 years old, or over, and agrees that he/she will abide by the conditions listed and will ensure that all members of his/her party abide by the conditions.
TOWELS & BED LINEN The cost of the holiday includes bed linen and towels.
