Undermillwood our self catering holiday cottage is a delightful secluded retreat surrounded by woodland. The cottage sleeps 4 people.
After parking on the car park, the entrance to the hidden path for Undermillwood is behind a door. Walking up the path and taking a turn to the left at the patio you arrive at the front door of the cottage. Clicking the images opposite will guide you to the cottage!
Please keep your dog on a lead near the hens they are a law unto themselves and often wander around the car park.

The cottage is charged on a nightly basis to make it accessible to short stay guests, minimum 2 night stay. See our Tariff page, where there are also printable directions. Click for Google map.
£65.00 per night single occupancy....
£75.00 per night double occupancy. Prices are per room per night, choice of double, twin or super king.
Sorry, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday nights are fully booked until mid December 2011, therefore only Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays are available in the cottage until then.

Inside, the cottage has a downstairs twin bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious kitchen diner. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
Upstairs you enter the sitting room which has a tv, dvd player, video and a cd radio. There is also a double bedroom and an ensuite with shower on the same floor.
A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request.
We allow one dog at a charge of £10 per stay 2 nights to one week.

There are some very pretty walks right on your doorstep. From Millwood you can walk via the public footpath through the fields to the small town of Dalton where you can enjoy a meal or visit the local Pubs, you are also in easy walking distance to Furness Abbey. Roanhead beach is only one and a half miles away and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cumbria.
